Free or payed
The price of the product Erplex is dependant on the number of employees in the organization. Small organisations may use Erplex for free. Also evaluating Erplex is without any cost. For usage of Erplex in larger organisations the pricelist below is applicable. The price per employee decreases if the number of employees increases.

Database type and used modules
The price of the product is independent of the type of database used, and independent of which Erplex modules are used. Modules can configured to be invisible, if necessary.
Employees and users
Basic principle is that each active employee is a user. Counted for the license is the number of active employees, these are the employees which registrate hours. Employees having left the organization do not count in the number of employees. However, they can stay in Erplex as an inactive user, registrated hours can be seen, etc. Inactive users may not login. If hours are registrated of people who are not employee, for example hired manpower, those people are counted in the number of employees.
Subscription
Organizations can make a subscription to Erplex. Subscribed organizations get new versions automatically, and their licenses remain valid. Subscribed organizations also get some support on the product. Subscription is not required but recommended.
For consultancy, implementation, data conversion and extensive support an hourly rate is applicable.
